Conchy Conchy is a beach bar located on Sapodilla Bay, which is the southern coast of Providenciales. Conchy Conchy is set against the backdrop of the bay’s calm, turquoise waters and soft, white sand, which makes it perfect for both tourists and locals looking to unwind. Conchy beach bar has seating right up at the bar where you can watch Chef Jerome cook and bartend. You can enjoy the stunning ocean views and sunsets while having refreshing tropical cocktails, local rum punches, and cold beers, along side casual food options like freshly caught Snapper, Conch Salad, Curry Conch, Jerk Chicken, and our famous Lobster Tacos which all come with a variety of sides.
ABOUT
CHEF JEROME
Jermaine Jerome Rigby, a dedicated hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience, was born in Grand Bahamas, Freeport. At the age of 3, he moved to Turks and Caicos, where his passion for working with people began to take root. Starting his career at Sandals Resorts at just 15, Jermaine quickly rose through the ranks. He pursued a degree in Hospitality from Turks and Caicos Community College, progressing from busboy to server, then to front office and concierge, before mastering multiple areas, including housekeeping, stewarding, and cheffing. His love for the industry led him to further his studies in hotel management.
In 2019, Jermaine founded Conchy Conchy Beach Bar, a beloved spot on Sapodilla Bay Beach, where he blends his experience with his love for the island’s culture. In addition to running the beach bar, he offers private cheffing and catering services, bringing his personalized touch and years of expertise to every event.
